And so that both touring and action aren’t missed out, you can take your bikes up the mountain comfortably with the cable car.
Landing Bags
in Kleinarl at the Champion Shuttle mountain station
For those who want to safely practice jumps. The take-offs are two meters high and designed with different radii, making them suitable even for beginners trying larger ramps. A valid ticket is required and available at the cash desk in Kleinarl.
Right next to it, the kids’ trail is open, along with another landing bag and a trail leading to the Lumberjack.
PUMP TRAIL & PUMP TRACK
Ultimate riding pleasure for bikers and skaters
Two pump tracks provide maximum riding fun, located at the Champion Shuttle valley station and the organic mountain restaurant LUMBERJACK. In addition, there are 11 pump trail stations along the forest road towards Kleinarl and the Flying Mozart gondola mid-station.
LUMBERJACK BLUE LINE
A unique experience for bike fans
The nearly 2 km long bike trail leads directly to the LUMBERJACK organic mountain restaurant. With numerous jumps and berms, the trail delivers plenty of bike action combined with an extraordinary mountain experience.
Exciting Highlights
At the top station of the Champion Shuttle, there is a kids’ trail, a jump line, and two landing bags, each with two take-offs. In addition, the Lumberjack Blue Line runs here — a nearly 2-kilometer-long bike trail that leads directly to the Lumberjack organic mountain restaurant.
MOUNTAINBIKE TOUR
for active families
The mountain bike tour leads you from the Champion Shuttle top station over a varied forest path along the Ennskraxn ridge to the idyllic Jägersee. The gravel path runs at a constant height for approx. 10 km towards the head of the Kleinarl valley, where it drops over a short section to the level of the Jägersee. The clear mountain lake offers a wonderful place for a rest. The return route follows the Kleinarler cycle path, which on this section is equipped with several features for mountain bikers, similar to our pump trail.
The tour can also be started at the Flying Mozart Gondola or the Rote 8er in Wagrain. From there, the Baierwaldstraße runs at mid-mountain level all the way to the organic mountain restaurant LUMBERJACK. Along the route, several pump tracks provide extra riding fun. The return ride is via the Champion Shuttle uphill and then back to Wagrain along the Baierwaldstraße.
The short and easy ups and downs make the tour to the Jägersee the ideal entry-level tour for all mountain bike beginners and children. The terrain is varied and safe.
